  1. 很快的,甜魔媽媽又由澳門回來了!除了要照顧兩兄妹上學,本週也特別繁忙,所以今早只能抽空先介紹十月新開幕的 DEAN & DELUCA;這間1977年美國紐約創立的食品雜貨店,於澳門銀河酒店首設中港澳分店,人氣非常強盛,我們要一大早抵達才能成功朝聖呢! DEAN & DELUCA 現時全球已有六十間分店,包括亞洲的日本、韓國和泰國,如曾到訪的朋友,應該對那紐約地下鐵路瓦磚及大理石基調不感陌生。澳洲銀河店則再融入了葡萄牙地道色彩,在吧檯地面旁鋪了葡萄牙磚,同時加入了一些葡國及港澳特色食品。 澳門店營業時間由早上8點至夜上9時,時間一遲除了出現特長人龍,不少人氣甜品都會開始缺貨,所以抵早抵達是有必需的。 甜魔媽媽、Chloe妹妹及友人,就是在澳門之旅 Day 2 早上9時到訪試業中的 DEAN & DELUCA 銀河店,當時食客還不太多,食品選擇也最齊全,正好可以拍照給大家參考~ DEAN & DELUCA 著名於搜羅精緻美味的高級食材,故店中間的長檯上,也擺放著多款口味朱古力、餅乾、咖啡粉,甚至是椰露蛋卷、牛油蛋卷等富本土色彩的食物。 繞了一圈後,其中多款特色的 Tote Bag(包括澳門限定版),成了友人 shopping 的目標;而為食的Chloe妹妹,則看中了黑朱古力,好一個朱古力妹妹! 甜魔媽媽最期待的,則是 DEAN & DELUCA 最馳名的 彩虹千層蛋糕 ($46)。蛋糕拍照呃 like 一流,但坦白說味道一般,唯一好處是不太甜;後方的帶 cream cheese 味的 紅絲絨蛋糕 ($42),其實會更加好吃! 抹茶迷可以選點 Matcha Latte ($42S / $48M),飲品不太甜、抹茶味很香醇,水準很高;至於 抹茶白巧克力蛋糕 ($42) 故名思義加了白朱古力,淨食會稍甜一些,配合一杯咖啡當是下午茶就剛剛好了~ 仗著人多,我們還選點了 荔枝巧克力蛋糕 ($46) 以及 港式奶茶柏林果醬包 ($26);前者甘濃柔滑中,夾著清甜的荔枝果肉,組合新奇但又非常匹配,甜魔媽媽及Chloe都超愛的!港式奶茶柏林果醬包以鬆軟香甜麵包,加上港式奶茶醬料,滋味甜美香醇,很好吃呢~ 奶茶迷還可以試試 奶油冰沙,一款由冰奶茶+咖啡果凍組成的特色飲品,不過個人早上盡量不選凍飲,沒試了~ 店內沙發位剛好有人離開,我們又搬進去坐,順便拍下掛有紐約店街景的掛畫群~也是在這裡,我們享用了更多的特色美食,包括 鹹蛋西瓜沙律 ($40);你沒看錯,是鹹蛋沙律,而且與西瓜及南瓜的組合出奇地夾,值得一試! 另一推介是 辣蝦牛油果墨汁包,來澳門辣魚包應該不少人吃過,辣蝦包又試過沒有?用上黑色墨汁包更添神秘型格,而辣蝦以外又加入牛油果,滋味很豐富迷人! 最後一款是 牛肉焦糖南瓜穀物三文治 ($48),以低溫慢烤的安格斯牛肉配上百里香味南瓜,餡料份量很足,吃完超級飽足了~ 其實店內還有多款餡批、鬆餅、酥點,以及甜魔最喜歡的軟雪糕、甚至是巨型 Sundae,下次再來澳門(最好帶上食力強橫的Matthew),也好想再來品嚐更多的美食及特飲啊! 明天,會繼續分享澳門之旅程更多美食經歷~~~ DEAN & DELUCA 地址:路氹城「澳門銀河™」綜合渡假城地下G107號舖 電話:88832190 Facebook:DEAN & DELUCA Macau ** 想得知最新飲食情報,可追蹤 甜魔媽媽;欲得知甜魔一家消息,就追蹤 Matthew and Chloe 吧~~
  2. 七一快樂!今天是回歸20週年日子,不過出文之時,甜魔家應該已真正回歸祖國懷抱:陪嫲嫲回惠州探親是也~旅途中也繼續分享本週澳門遊的片段,嘿嘿,不要眼紅,嘆完 米芝蓮法菜兼大玩 Planet J 後,留下的5人組還免費上了巴黎人鐵塔,及到 觀海軒 嘆超值任食晚餐! 先由巴黎人鐵塔講起,雖然與真正的巴黎鐵塔高度相差很遠,但人在澳門可以近近地上塔,都幾開心;何況最近金光飛航在做推廣,手持當日船票就可以免費上塔,正是搭金光來的院友們當然不會錯過優惠啦! 由於同屬金沙集團,所以由 Planet J 的金沙城,我們可以不用出門,很方便以行人天橋步行抵達,太方便了!沿路上,也見到不少迷你鐵塔呢。 大概去到這個法國風商場,再找到巴黎人紀念品店,店內有條小路正是上塔之路!上塔原價MOP $100/位,現在費用全免,感覺很賺啊~ 餘下的五人,剛好是大盜夫婦+車爸車媽+拖手吊腳甜魔媽媽的組合,所以沒辨法唯有自動請纓擔任機婆,減低電燈膽的耀眼程度... 分享其中兩張經 re-touch 的照片,都幾浪漫的~ 都說大家是院友,根本還未上到七樓觀望層,已經病發!XD 雖然,五樓入口位拍照,與再上兩層再拍,景觀其實不算相差很多~ 這張照片攝於七樓,由於複製版的鐵塔並不真正算太高,勉強還可拍下全相,想在塔前合照也可以,走近了反而沒甚好看。如是真的巴黎鐵塔,就要老遠才能拍下全景了! 來到七樓觀光層,好看的反正是這串七彩繽紛的鎖匙扣,不知留下了多少情侶甜蜜的回憶~ 其實鐵塔還可以再上,但這天卻因天氣問題而關閉了(明明超好天?)。算了,周圍拍拍四周美麗的景色,其實已是賞心樂事~~~ 巴黎人酒店 新濠影匯 剛才過來的金沙城中心 中午用餐的 The Tasting Room(Crown Hotel三樓) 又原來,巴黎人的泳池也有滑水道,看來挺好玩的樣子!在一眾新酒店中,巴黎人的房價算是相宜,日後或者找機會訂來住住~ 欣賞完鐵塔美景,就穿越酒店華麗大堂(應該與威尼人斯人滿像的!),兵分兩頭、搭的士去吃中式晚餐了~~~ 是晚晚餐地點是鷺環海天度假酒店的 觀海軒,由氹仔過去只不過十多分鐘,但就由一片璀璨繁華的景色,轉成寧靜美好的氣氛,大家都覺得一天內像已經歷人生百態! 適逢酒店更名三週年(前身是 Westin),觀海軒 由2017年6月28日-8月31日,逢星期三推出每位MOP $288的任點任食計劃,除了過百款的小食、小炒、小菜、湯、素菜、點心、粥飯麵飯、甜品可以任點,每位還奉送鮑魚一隻,爆食度爆燈! 餐廳優美的海景,也是吸引回本位之一。有時間的,提早半小時來欣賞最美的日落及 Magic hour,非常的有治療 feel 呢~ 中午其實吃得超飽,不過下午在 Planet J 及巴黎人鐵塔處消耗了不少,加上這晚額外加了不少新力軍,大家很快就點到一檯都是菜式,非常豐富又誇張! 大大話話百多款菜式,雖然我們只點了其中2-3成,排出來已經非常誇張.... 有點有上檯的,甜魔媽媽盡量抽空一試,首先是爽脆醒胃的 野菜拌木耳,開胃一流啦~ 更讚是這又爽又嫩的 彩虹海蜇絲/子薑手撕雞,非常好吃,後來要加點一大份才夠滿足! 梅子糟香肘子 也是引人入勝的美味涼菜,喜歡話梅香氣的必點! 接著的 蟹肉蒸蛋白 也是必點,鮮甜的蟹肉與超嫩滑溜的蛋白配搭美妙,可以任吃太瘋狂了! 愛吃蟹如我,當然也沒錯過 鮮蟹肉椰青干貝豆腐羹,蟹肉、椰青、干貝的鮮味甜味交錯縱橫,加上細滑豆腐羹口感,曼妙動人,是坊間難求的高水準,真難想像在放題中吃到! 如果自認湯怪,也可以一併挑戰 迷你八寶冬瓜盅,賣相精緻可愛,少試了食友的一份,湯頭清甜、果然不錯呢~還有 花菇菜膽燉螺頭,就真的沒食力去試了! 位上的鮑魚也上檯了,份量、味道都絕不欺場,連拌碟的西蘭花也特別爽嫩好吃! 除了每人一客鮑魚,食客也可無限任點 紅炆玉掌海參、鮑汁扒魚唇 等矜貴又花功夫的菜式,怎樣點、怎樣計食客也是賺突呀!!! 其他海鮮菜式還有:避風塘蒜香基圍蝦、XO醬爆海中寶、韭黃油泡大澳吊片、蔥燒青芥末明蝦球、生菜日本蠔豉鬆、翡翠炒美國帶子雞球、如意百合雙花蚌、荷塘脆爽龍躉球、涼瓜蒜子炆龍躉頭腩、豉油皇焗中蝦、豉汁粉絲蒜扇貝、古法紅炆石斑球煲、葡汁焗扇貝、咕嚕石斑球、咕嚕蝦球、有機西芹XO醬爆蝦仁,等等,多不勝數,而且質素都很不錯! 更誇張的,是 火焰薑蔥波士頓龍蝦,也是任點任食!當晚試了龍蝦肉嫩鮮甜,有著濃濃玫瑰露酒香,絕對是既睇得又食得~ 又其實,回歸基本步,金牌燒腩仔 也是非常的好吃,初嘗即有驚為天人之感;後來加點了下面雙倍的份量,才吃得滿足!蜜汁叉燒也不錯,再稍燶邊一點就完美了。 菜式太多,真的不是每款都能記得清楚;但下面這款 古村風味炒西蘭花 非常好吃,無論是蝦乾還是西蘭花都很精彩,也要一試! 還有更多美食,恕未能逐一仔細介紹了... 但總的來說,都是用料及誠意十足、味道傳統而紮實的優質出品,吃得十分滿意的~ 檯面食物吃了又點,來了又清,周而復始,多個循環之後,大家都飽到不能動彈之際,突然驚醒:是時間吃甜品了!!! 甜品原來選擇也不少:桂花椰汁糕、香芒綠茶軟糍卷、燕窩燉鮮奶、生磨腰果露以及秘製龜苓膏拌桂花糖,全部都給我點下來吧!超愛生磨腰果露的香氣,燕窩燉鮮奶又是滑到不行,但原來最棒的,是味道甘醇的秘製龜苓膏,拌上少量蜜糖吃,既清熱又美味! 簡單來說,這個MOP $288任食計劃是食客必賺,重點是食物水準實在不錯啊!晚餐後,摸摸圓又圓的大肚子,也是時間去這次住宿的酒店... 容後介紹! 觀海軒 Kwun Hoi Heen 地址:澳門路環市區黑沙馬路1918號鷺環海天度假酒店3樓 電話:(853) 8899 1320 Facebook:Grand Coloane Resort   ** 想收到兩小兄妹的最新消息,可以like一下Matthew and Chloe fanpage哦~~
  3. 繼香港親子小旅行,接著又分享澳門遊~由於出發日子在週一二,加上行程包括6歲以下小孩不能進的餐廳,所以這也是一次的拋夫棄仔女的院友行,吃+玩得十分過癮,重點是:為靚靚村姑補慶生日啦~ 早在6月初,已經訂好了日子,然而生日飯的地點則經過超多番考慮,最終選定新濠天地皇冠度假酒店3樓的 御膳房 The Tasting Room。幾年沒來,差點忘了怎樣走上去,還好最終沒有走失院友嚇壞人!XD 2012初訪時 這裡還是較新,現在已榮升為米芝蓮2星、福布斯5星榮譽的知名餐廳了。早幾個月,還邀得前香港四季 Caprice (三星) 的主廚 Fabrice Vulin 過檔,令人期待餐廳在2018的米芝蓮名單再晉一級! 強勁來頭、超高樓底,加上氣派不凡、高格調高品味的裝修(下面兩張圖片只是 lounge area!),這裡的午餐卻不貴,三道菜 MOP $398,四道菜 MOP $488,五道菜 MOP $588;由於法國菜另附大量 Amuse bouche 及 Petit Fours,女士吃三道菜已經很飽了~ 甜魔媽媽是委託澳門的朋友幫忙訂位,餐廳人員非常有禮,越洋致電又email聯絡,說由於人數七位比較多,希望可以 pre-order 食物,以確保出品的質素,這是非常令人欣賞的。由於是生日飯,我又問可否在壽星的甜品上寫 Happy Birthday,餐廳也一口答應~ 抵達後,才發覺餐廳更為我們安排了特大 VIP 房,我們一眾院友可以自成一角we嘩鬼叫,同時又欣賞到威尼斯人的美景;當然還要感謝這週的天氣超好、太好,怎拍都是藍天白雲! 這位清麗村姑都飲得下架... 一杯清爽的香檳下肚後,一連數款 amuse bouche 陸續上場,首先這份火腿麵包賣相不算高雅,但火腿柔嫩美味,襯以清爽蔬菜、鬆軟麵包,很快就清光了! 別誤會方才那碟是麵包,接下來由美女侍應即切即上的,才是店方奉客的麵包籃。麵包不是熱暖貨色,但較粗糙的質感別有一番風味,個人至愛是橄欖包,塗上軟滑的牛油十分可口! 另一碟撻身清脆、盛著清爽蔬菜的的小吃也非常的讚,不過 amuse bouche 還未完,最精彩的是這蟹肉清湯啫哩,味道又鮮又清,兼有迷人香草芬芳,大家都拍掌激讚! 兩大一小 amuse bouche 及麵包籃後,這才展開正式的首道菜,你說女士是否選三道菜就夠?我的頭盤要了 King crab salad, green pea cream, sweet onion emulsion 帝皇蟹沙律,青豆忌廉,洋蔥蓉,賣相十分繽紛,味道也清鮮怡人;但由於份量不小,吃完已經半飽了.... 一邊說飽,一邊見到食友的 Alsace duck foie gras with rare pepper Rhubarb chutney and wild strawberry 阿爾薩斯胡椒鴨肝凍批,大黃汁及野生士多啤梨 長得誘人,又試了一小口,也不錯的! 有點後悔當初貪心要了四道菜(多一份湯品),不過這 Stew “Garbure” , capers, cardamom, Blue Mountain coffee 蔬菜濃湯,酸豆,豆蔻,藍山咖啡 組合實在特別,既有蔬菜的清甜,又有淡淡的咖啡香氣,值得體驗的!食友的廚師花園更是美如一幅畫,但沒拍照了~ 主菜我選了 Salers Beef, potato gnocchi and girolles 精選法國牛肉,馬鈴薯糰子及忌廉雞油菌,法國牛本身較有咬口,所以選了 Medium Rare,成品粉嫩誘人、肉質不俗,份量適中;另一邊的雞油菌及 gnocchi 也非常好吃,清碟沒難度啦! 飯後可選芝士或甜品,當大家見到繽紛的甜品,毫無疑問全部都投後者!不過六款甜品中,要選出心水款式也不是易事啊,至少甜魔媽媽我想到頭都大了.... @@ 還好甜品餐車人員主動「揸 fit」,為我們每款取出1-2件,放在碟中讓我們分享,太好了!當然,最重要是在壽星女的一碟上,寫上美美的 Happy Birthday! 後來一試,這裡全部甜品都很好吃,但出色必試是士多啤梨撻,撻身超鬆脆,外層士多啤梨很甜美,中間是莓味濃郁的野生士多啤梨,底下還有香到不行的開心果醬,太感動味蕾了! 知道我們慶祝生日,大廚又額外送上超好吃的 Souffle;這梳乎厘除了酒香動人,那外鬆軟、內潤澤的美妙質感,實在迷死甜魔媽媽了,再配上冰凍香甜的雲尼拿雪糕,非常美妙! 不止如此,Chef Fabrice 還主動致送了一支 Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose 香檳,這款香檳莓果突出,香甜滑口,非常的好喝,讓大家都沉醉在三文色的泡沫芳醇中.... 太多的酒精關係,其實餐飲 (額外+ MOP $35) 也不太飲得下,哈哈!不過這裡的凍檸茶色澤也太美了(不過我沒喝,因為點的是咖啡),更與香檳襯到絕呢~ 最重要,是逗得壽星女樂開懷!雖然每年都是例遲(Orz...),但每年能一起留下與別不同、獨特難忘的回憶,實在美妙啊~一定要祝我們年年有今日! 最後還有又美又好吃的 Petit Fours... 真的很飽了,我明白,但小蛋糕及榛子朱古力都非常好吃,記得留肚一試!十分美好的經歷,如果大家到澳門有慶典,非常推介來試啊~ 吃飽飽,也是時間去消化消化... 我們一眾院友,選擇到金沙城新開不久的 Planet J 冒險王國,齊齊病發,嘻嘻! Planet J 是全球首創真人互動主題王國,在這炎炎夏日,適合一家大小到訪避暑遊玩;借用車媽媽的說法,雖然我們加起來幾百歲了,但明顯智力停在十歲左右,所以也適合到訪,哈! 花了8年時間籌備的 Planet J,佔地達十萬平方呎,總投資額超過澳門幣10億元;一進場除了震撼人心的宏偉宮殿,又有美美的 cosplay 公主,轉頭很快就有院友要求合照...(到底是誰大家自己猜)都說這裡不止適合小孩啦!XD 這裡入場 MOP $150/位,租魔導卷 MOP $150/部,租了後有超過200款互動遊戲裝置可以玩,我們柴娃娃一班人也租了一部來分享著玩! 特別一提,Planet J 聘用了美國迪士尼樂園及環球影城的世界級設計團隊,全新打造獨一無二的冒險歷程;穿過皇宮,我們要開始院友冒險記了! 突然有個不知是小可愛,還是大可愛的公仔在探頭,非常過癮,引得數名院友忍不住上前熊抱牠,甜魔媽媽也是其一! 原來,公仔教路,場內還可以有不同的成人小孩衣帽租借,這天院友們也來了個大變身,大家覺得那個值頒最佳/最差造型獎? 全園有8個由專業團隊設計的園區,「皇宫」佈滿金黃裝飾和魔石,金碧輝煌,適合喜歡拍照留念的冒險使者;「魔石礦洞」內有遠古時代的遺跡及魔石資源,充滿原始風味,特別推介給喜歡新奇刺激的冒險使者。 在「公主」帶領下,我們也去完成了火山挑戰,其實有點似跳舞機、主要是考反應,我與院長成績還算不錯~ 遊戲主要激發5大潛能,包括解謎、邏輯、體能、運算及智力;由於款式超過200款,不可能全部都玩,我們盡量都選有合作元素的來玩~ 下圖是另一次我與院友一同參與的拍蘑菇遊戲,拿到了A級成績呢!哈哈哈! 又見到一隻可愛公仔,這次老人痴呆症未發作,記得牠叫呆呆鼠! 之後我們又前後到訪是以農業為主、極具田園氣息的「綠田村」,工業發達,礦石處處的「紅礦村」、荒涼和神秘的「光明森林」、繁華商業區的「藍山鎮」,以及莊嚴肅穆的「皇家紀念公園」,各有特色,而且每到一處,都想起不同的好友們~ 這次旅程中,院友們也留下了超多的合照,下面只是少部分咋! 扮野是必須,以及值得支持的! 最後是賣手信時間... 千萬別學村姑傻傻進店,真正的精品店設在外邊呀!有團友真的找到心頭好,恭喜恭喜,歡樂的旅程就此結束~ 其實之後部分院友還上了巴黎人鐵塔,之後更晚餐直落、留宿一宵至竪日才離開;不過也有部分團友要趕船回香港了... 期待下次再吃再癲再聚! 御膳房 The Tasting Room 地址:澳門路氹城連貫公路新濠天地皇冠度假酒店3樓 電話:(853) 8868 6681 Facebook:御膳房 The Tasting Room at City of Dreams Planet J Macau 冒險王國 地址:澳門路氹金沙城中心金沙廣場 3樓3009號舖 Facebook:Planet J Macau 冒險王國 ** 想收到兩小兄妹的最新消息,可以like一下Matthew and Chloe fanpage哦~~
  4. 週日愉快!趁出發前趕好上週一二的澳門小遊記,這次旅行難得的在澳門半島的 皇都酒店 住宿(之前很多次都在氹仔/路環),可以重溫久違了的街頭小吃,當然更重要是在 FADO 花道葡萄牙餐廳 品嚐一頓由葡萄牙最佳廚師 Luis Americo 主理的精彩葡菜,心滿意足! 上週一甜魔媽媽與好友們,乘搭11:40往氹仔的船(為什麼不去港澳碼頭?因為週一的船班原來特別爆,11點到碼頭的我們,即班要買到12:15了...),約1:15pm就抵達 皇都酒店。同是五星級酒店,皇都酒店 建於1984年,雖然2-3年裝修完,但相比新落成的酒店還是平實很多。 之不過,當抵達用餐的 FADO 花道葡萄牙餐廳,大家都有眼前一亮之感!曾獲2015 - 2018年度澳門旅遊局「星級服務商戶獎」的 FADO,由葡萄牙享譽盛名及國際公認的 Luis Américo 主理,加上優美環境、高雅氛圍,令人份外期待。 方才上圖是我們用餐的 VIP 房,此外主餐區及其他廂房都一樣擺位寬落、高雅舒適,餐具全來自葡萄牙,加上窗外優美的青綠公園景觀,的確是放鬆享用葡國美食的好地方。 令人驚訝是如此環境之下,2道菜午餐只是 MOP $128,3道菜也不過 MOP $158,十分抵食;當然我們一場來到,是來品嚐更見真章的招牌菜。 開心的靚景葡國午餐,由麵包籃及葡萄牙來的玫瑰紅酒開始。要讚這裡的麵包籃十分熱暖好吃,用的橄欖油及番茄牛油都很高質美味,其中又以極其清脆的薄脆配橄欖醬最為出色,完全吃到停不了口! 首道菜式是 Crab bread stew with octopus carpaccio and bell peppers 蟹肉煨面配薄切八爪魚,蟹肉吃得多,蟹肉煨麵包大家又試過沒有?混合洋葱及橄欖油,鮮甜之餘更加柔滑豐富,配試宛如一幅畫作的薄切八爪魚,加上微辣紅椒粉,既漂亮又好吃。 接著是大家都舉手力讚的 Cod with egg and angel hair fried potatoes "a Bras" 炒馬介休、雞蛋、馬鈴薯絲,這份由葡藉大廚堂弄的名物,正是代表 FADO 靈魂的一個好例子。大廚將原條馬介休拆絲炒香,再加入洋葱、雞蛋及炸薯絲同炒,未食以先滿足視覺嗅覺! 這,就是成品了!蛋絲乾爽但不過熟,每口都有馬介休的鮮香美味,香氣四溢,滋味好得無以復加,的確是澳門吃到最佳的出品,值得專程到訪。 接著是 Leitao com chips de batata a salada de laranja 烤乳豬,由餐廳主廚 Luis Américo 創作,將原隻乳豬烤熟後起骨拆出肉絲,以黑胡椒、香葉及粗鹽等調味及壓成長方形,食用前再伴以香脆薯片,以及清新沙律來平衡膩感。 這份 destructed 後再重建的豬肉,添加了調味後口味變濃不奇怪,但吃時肉汁竟然沒有流失,甚至更加豐富了,真不知大廚下了甚麼魔法?而乳豬皮經高溫烘烤後再疊加於豬肉上,口感薄脆又不肥膩,罕有地連葉監製也整份KO! 最後甜品也非常有驚喜-好友們太有心啦,要求寫上 2M views 的慶祝字眼;寫blog不是求viewship,得到認同只是錦上添花,然而在此也再一次感謝大家一直以來的支持! 說回正題:正名 Fondant de abobora com mousse de queijo fresco e amendoas tostadas 南瓜蛋糕配乳清江乾酪及杏仁 的南瓜心太軟,皮薄流心不在話下,最妙是配搭非常香滑的忌廉芝士,真是一點不忍將之吃剩.... 吃完9.9分的高質甜品,再來杯 Earl Grey Tea 清一清胃口,也是時間取房去小休一會~ 這次單人匹馬來,住宿簡單的客房很滿足了;舒適的大床,以及潔白企理的爵士白浴室,都非常的合心!房內又設有澳門黃頁、handy phone 甚至是「轉插插頭」,細心值得一讚~ 一場來到,我們還參觀了家庭套房-除了舒適的 King Size 大床,起居室設有額外可愛子母床,可供多人住宿;房內又設 BB 浴袍、小童刷牙套裝、小童拖鞋,真是一應俱全~ 一見到這對可愛的小童拖鞋,又會很想念Matthew and Chloe了... 始終上學要緊,來澳門機會多的是,下次再一起再來玩吧~ 之後還到了泳池/健身室參觀,雖然不是特別的大,但自成一角的感覺悠閒美好,適合真心想練水/健身的住客前來(小孩玩水就差一點了),這天甜魔媽媽也去了 Gym Room 踏了十分鐘單車! 酒店還設有梓園中菜廳、Lobby Lounge、非常實惠的大堂餅店,還有非常重要的 Business Centre!當日上午經歷家裡 network break-down 的媽媽,花了個多小時打電腦趕文,然後夜晚再一起出動找吃。 食友期待前來 三元粥品 已久,第一站陪他如願,不過結果真的很失望-名物金銀丸粥一點不綿、米香欠奉,只得濃重的粟米味,最慘是一點不熱,加蛋後更加溫吞吞;明明夜晚七點才開門營業,八點油條已經又硬又冰;豬膶和及弟粥也未見佳處。後來得知這裡曾經很出色,但轉手後就不行了;而且共不算平,這裡加起來 MOP $170多了,埋單後又去找下站。 由三元走出來,不久又到 祥記麵家,進去吃馳名蝦籽麵囉! 上圖就是招牌蝦籽撈麵了,賣相挺吸引,麵條也算有咬口,但蝦籽無味的!專程為此前來的食友相當失望。 也點了雲吞麵(還好)、水餃麵、脆皮雲吞拼金沙鯪魚球(雲吞較好吃),以及腐乳通菜(比麵類更好吃,死未?),大家對這店的評價都是:大不如前。 不過大家又怎會估到,這裡的桑寄生蛋茶反而很不錯?但,都夠死火啦... 最後一站 明記牛什,是受到香氣的吸引,還有長長的人龍,讓人產生:應該會不錯的錯覺!結果,MOP $60一盒牛雜,難吃說不上,但算不上入味佳品(反而另外點的娃娃菜嫩甜美味,更值一試),肯定不值排半小時! 由於味道一般過一般,價錢又不吸引,今篇不詳列這三間地址了。但代表這區沒好吃的嗎?不,後來網友熱烈地留言,這區的 杏香園甜品、六記粥麵、紅街市車仔麵、盛記白粥、長城、成記粥品、威記牛什小食、聯記麵家、疊記咖哩美食 都是水準小店,下次要再去試! 仗著一碗水準桑寄生蛋茶,總算飽足而回,回去梳洗完畢再乖乖讀經後,不知是大床太舒服,還是平日照顧兩隻小魔怪太累,媽媽我竟由12點睡至翌朝9點才起床!差一點連早餐也錯過了.... 還好一個人行動快,簡單更衣、梳洗一下後,快衝下樓吃自助早餐-要知早餐地點又是環境優美的 FADO,款式應有盡有,又包括即點即煎 egg station,真不錯的住客福利! 吃完這個豐富早餐,也是時間 check-out,繼續去探訪更多的食店了~ 咦,明天這時候,甜魔媽媽不是身處海口了嗎?放心,旅程中也會更新網誌的,請繼續收看哦! 花道葡萄牙餐廳 FADO 地址:澳門東望洋得勝馬路2-4號皇都酒店M樓 電話:2855 2222 Facebook:FADO 花道葡萄牙餐廳 Hotel Royal Macau 澳門皇都酒店 地址:澳門得勝馬路2-4號 電話:+853 2855 2222 Facebook:Hotel Royal Macau 澳門皇都酒店 ** 想收到兩小兄妹的最新消息,可以like一下Matthew and Chloe fanpage哦~~ 上一篇:Happy Easter! 甜蜜復活節禮物+Easter Kid's Bento @ Dining at Murasaki 下一篇:澳門 MGM : 南苑 South、北㕑 North、甜點 Pastry Bar
  5. 又完成兩場小旅行回來了!週六日的親子住宿遊記尚在整理中,今天率先分享昨天在澳門吃的一頓超值驚艷下午茶:高貴又氣派的澳門麗思卡爾頓酒店(下簡稱RC),於地下 The Ritz Carlton Cafe 麗思咖啡廳 推出了 MOP$188 Afternoon Tea Buffet,除了多款精緻鹹甜點,價格已包咖啡/茶及熱朱古力任飲! ^o^ 這回與同樣迷戀RC的院友過大海,當然不會錯過這站。之前曾介紹過,麗思卡爾頓的酒店主要分為古典(例:舊香港中環麗嘉酒店、上海RC)及現代(ICC頂層的香港RC)兩大類,澳門RC卻將澳葡的古典風味及現代建築風格揉合起來,帶來前所未有的精緻尊貴動人感受! The Ritz Carlton Cafe 麗思咖啡廳 有兩邊入口,之前拍了很多次商場入口,這天也拍下酒店內口如大家看。無論那個入口還是裡面的裝潢,都帶濃濃的法式品味,加上優雅迷人的裝飾及親民定價,輕易折服人心;前後在這裡吃 早餐、午餐、下午茶 及 晚餐,都是滿意經歷! 心急的我們早了抵達,下午茶自助餐要3時才開始呢!雲石高檯上仍未擺出點心,唯有好奇拍拍另一批朋友的午餐甜品-沒記錯這是 Rose Crème Brûlée,粉紅色的賣相太美了!面層焦糖也平均而薄脆;不過味道稍為偏甜,非甜魔未必接受得來。 慢慢下午茶點都給堆出來了,場內繽紛精緻,就讓甜魔媽媽逐一給大家介紹吧!首先是 Peach Feuillade 桃子費亞德,也即是千層酥,酥脆富蜜桃果香,清新討好~ 喜歡果味的朋友也會愛上這 Apple Bourdalou 法式蘋果撻,呈薄片的蘋果清甜可人,加上香脆的撻底,邊吃邊嘆口芳香伯爵茶,十分美妙! 提起茶,不能不提幾款茶點:場內無限供應貝殼狀的 Madeline 瑪德蓮蛋糕、富焦糖香氣又有咬口的 Canelé Bordelais 可麗露、小巧美味的 Pistachio Financier 開心果費南雪蛋糕、不同口味的 Macarons 馬卡龍,以及迷人粉紅/粉藍 Meringue 蛋白餅! 其他的甜點還包括:香濃迷人、朱古力魔必愛的 Chocolate Tart 巧克力撻,又美又輕柔好吃的 St. Honoré 聖諾泡芙,甜牙齒會喜歡的 Caramel Tart 焦糖撻等等。 最後,還有小巧香脆的 Mixed Fruits Tart 混合水果撻、Lemon Tart 檸檬批,甜點部分大致介紹完;而在另一張檯,還有鹹點供應! Buffet 形式任取任吃的鹹點三文治包括:慢煮法式豬肉配搭橄欖蛋黃醬的 Sundried Tomatoes Bread、煙三文魚配蒜泥蛋黃醬及苦苣生菜的 Rye Bread、經典的 Butter Ham & Cheese Campagne 三文治等等。 再加上場內 Pass-around 的 Croque Monsieur 火腿芝士三文治、French Crepe Sandwich 法國可麗餅三文治,就算不是甜魔,都一定會非常飽足! 再加上無張暢飲招牌熱朱古力(平時散點$58杯),咖啡和茶,實在沒有不回本的道理!我們也不算貪心了,其實都是每款取一件,點到即止;再加上伯爵茶及熱朱古力,場面仍然已經非常豐富繽紛~ 多款美食中,最令甜魔媽媽心醉的,仍然是這 Signature Hot Chocolate 招牌熱朱古力,太香太濃太好喝了,單為它而來都值回票價,甜魔萬不能錯過啊! 一場來到,我們還留了少量胃納,到 JW 萬豪酒店大堂酒廊 品嚐 Egg-cellent 復活節「蛋」出繽紛下午茶;因為,這次下午茶,是萬豪聯同澳門人氣甜品店 KAFKA 一起創作甜點的! 場內光線比較暗,好不容易才拍到食物內容... 下午茶共有六款造型甜點及四款鹹點,配搭 Tea WG 茗茶或咖啡,每套 MOP$298,即日至4月16日每天2:30-5:30pm供應。 下午茶中最可愛是 Cockcrow 鳴,那是白古力慕斯及酸柑、朱古力奶油夾心配紅桑子、果醬及杏仁海綿蛋糕;下圖的 Jumping Rabbit 躍也非常有趣,由榛子醬、熱情果醬及酥菠蘿餅組成。 另一兔子造型甜品是 Running Rabbit 覓,以黑加侖子Ganache配椰子酥菠蘿餅;最妙是兔子後方的尾巴也有顧及,真的太巧妙了! 蛋也是復活節的主題,所以又有 Nest 巢-荔枝慕絲、紅桑子青檸蜜饑、朱古力鳥巢及酥菠蘿餅;以及 Dream 夢-白朱古力外殻、熱情果醬、忌廉芝士慕絲及檸檬蛋白餅,活靈活現。 最後一款是 Harvest 豐-Valrhona 64% manjari 朱古力Ganache及椰子朱古力奶凍配綠茶酥菠蘿餅,也是甜魔媽媽覺得最好吃的一款。加上蟹肉沙律泡芙、青瓜片伴忌廉芝士核桃三文治、水煮三文魚及蝦芝士吐司、迷你蛋沙律三文治,這個下午太滿足! 兩邊的下午茶都各有各精彩,如果復活節有機會到澳門玩,很值得到 RC / JW 走一轉!說真的,這次也留得太怱忙,真希望5月會有時間再去慢活一番~ 麗思咖啡廳 The Ritz Carlton Cafe 地址:路氹城「澳門銀河™」綜合渡假城澳門麗思卡爾頓酒店地下 電話:(853) 8886 6868 酒店 Facebook:The Ritz-Carlton, Macau 澳門JW萬豪酒店大堂酒廊 The Lounge at JW Marriott Hotel Macau 地址:路氹城「澳門銀河™」綜合渡假城澳門JW萬豪酒店地下 電話:(853) 8886 6228 酒店 Facebook:JW Marriott Hotel Macau ** 想收到兩小兄妹的最新消息,可以like一下Matthew and Chloe fanpage哦~~ 上一篇:帝京酒店 ❤ 獅子樓 x Benefit ❤ Beauty Bestie 下午茶
  6. 清明暨兒童節快樂!四月將會頻頻外遊,按理說三月應該乖乖靜待;不過一顆旅遊的心實在太不安份,上週五趁爸爸有補假,一家四口又出發到澳門,於 鷺環海天度假酒店 渡過一個先雨後晴、寧靜美好的世外桃源小假期~ 今次旅行前爸爸剛買了物似主人形的「偏心」新玩具,並為此製作了一段精彩影片。請大家務必要用心好好欣賞整段影片,不然很可能會誤以為這場旅行只有Chloe妹妹在場!!! XD 大概大家也記得,上週五風雲色變,早上明明還挺悶熱,突然就下起大雨,而且氣溫也降了不少。不過一切已經預訂好,接了兩兄妹放學後就直接出發去澳門,連午餐也在船上解決~ 我們幸運趕到12:30的航班,抵達澳門再乘車到達酒店時,時間兩時多。天氣雖有微雨,但雲層不算厚,還可見到一絲陽光,當時已經覺得天父再次待我們不薄,可以享受雨後的清新! 兩兄妹上午生日會(所以穿著便裝更加方便,輕鬆就可出發去旅行),加上航班上又忙著午餐,興奮過後還未午睡呢,要快取房然後去休息了~ 這次又是又大又美的海景露台房,兩兄妹一抵達舊回憶又湧上來,開心不得了;同樣興奮還有手持新玩具的爸爸(所以也份外支持這場小旅行),很快又追著Chloe來拍了~ 正值兩父女大戰之時,媽媽也拍了數張連環照,效果真的滿有趣!其實有時也真不能全怪爸爸,因為三歲多的妹妹既稚氣未脫、間中又流露少女氣息,真的太搶鏡又吸晴了~~~ 趁兩父女繼續大戰(後來Matthew也加入戰圈),媽媽趕緊拍一下房間其他地方。始終是五星酒店,房間設備十分周全,咖啡機、熱水機、雪櫃、夾萬、浴衣、熨斗、拖鞋,應有則有,非常方便。 而較大的房間除了讓小孩有更多活動空間(有較大孩子的要加床也夠地方),洗手間同時設有浴缸及企缸也非常便行家庭客,可以更快更舒適地完成洗浴程序。 更詳細的介紹可以參考去年的 住宿遊記,而其實這裡最迷人的,始終是海景大露台。首訪的下午,天氣只是一般,都美成這樣子;如果是好天來住,真的不得了呢~~~ 樓下還有迷人室外泳池,同時又鄰近黑沙海灘。如是夏天到訪,實在是個嬉水天堂啊! 兩兄妹都玩累跳累了,很快已攤在舒適大床上沉沉睡著啦!兩雙豬仔好好睡,媽媽我正好享受酒店送來的好吃果撻-第二次吃這果撻了,又香又甜又脆身,是頓很美好的下午茶~ 但豐富的下午茶遠不止如此呢... 這次再訪,除了是重溫 Resort 體驗/享受,也是要幫忙拍攝復活節期限 (4月14日-16日)的 草坪野餐樂 Picnic Set on Garden Lawn 呢~ 首訪的下午由於天氣不穩定,唯有改在室內拍攝野餐項目;雖然 Picnic Set 定價不便宜要 $688,但內容豐富、份量又多足夠4位成人享用,作為午餐應該剛剛好。這天我們也是約同魚子醬一家,才勉強完成大半的食物呢~ Picnic Set 內容包括原個水果、果味水、汽水、啤酒、雜果盒、凱撒沙律、水牛芝士番茄沙律、兩款不同口味的三文治包、復活節特色彩蛋包、朱古力蛋糕、甘筍蛋糕、曲奇餅,以及更多小甜點等等。 以下只是部分食物... 連同草帽、摺扇、Cusion 以及舒適地蓆(需要歸還),內容十分豐富,單是拍照都夠忙了~又由於坐硬地不如草地舒服,這天我們索性將食物搬到圓檯慢慢享用。 最喜是 有見食物太多,甜魔媽媽不得不致電爸爸,讓他讓仍然沉睡中的Matthew醒來,一起幫忙清掉美食!優豬仔剛下樓時,明顯樣子都十分傻豬豬呢~ 除了幫忙吃,這天Matthew及又率先試玩多個復活節攤位遊戲,包括製作復活節彩蛋、拋波波、找骰子等等,十分快樂!詳情,可慢慢留意 影片 中的介紹吧~~~ 二人的動態比較難拍,媽媽我還是捨難取易,拍一拍寧靜的雨後外景,還有為食Chloe的食態好了~ 大概大家都估到,朱古力妹妹最愛的,當然是朱古力蛋糕,吃到津津有味! 朱古力可以亮電一說,實在是真呢!看,Chloe由剛睡醒懞懞忪忪,突變得多麼精神又電力四射了~~~ 爆電的小孩野餐/玩樂過後,又到室內遊戲室繼續放電。這裡的遊戲室設備雖不特別多,但勝在空間感足、有優美池景,兼有一整排玩具/書本,兩兄妹都十分喜愛這裡!爸爸更在二人玩樂時,去設備一流的 Gym Room 健身,照片也可參考 影片~ 玩到接近七時,是時間出發去晚餐啦!雨停了,我們選擇到酒店對面的 Miramar 海景葡國餐廳 用餐;對比上回到訪要繞路走,這次中間新增了小通道,可以更快的抵達餐廳,太好了~ 已經第三次前來,每次都是住宿 Grand Coloane / Westin 時來晚餐;因為這裡食物雖然出色,但地點不太方便、叫車也有難度,所以要趁住宿時來吃--實在這也是住宿福利之一! 店子實在太火紅火熱了,這次特別請身處澳門的好友幫忙訂位,更重要是一起分享美食,不然野餐後不久的胃納,實在塞不下幾份巨型食品! 首先上檯是麵包籃,熱暖的出品拌上鹽味牛油,滋味不錯;但更好吃是橄欖粒,偶爾一兩粒油花四濺、風味妙極,所以也是時間要點酒精飲品了! 這樣的 Sangria 十分抵飲,1L (可選紅/白酒) 才$120,這晚也來了一 jar、三個人一起分享,拌上可口美食,人生樂事也~ 自知食力有限,但實在不得不點這 烤原條牛肋條 ($248),巨大一份牛肋條配上薯條及沙律,主角的牛肋肉嫩味濃,兩兄妹努力搶薯條之際,兩口子就瘋狂吃肉(朋友不吃牛肉,我們要更努力了),連最後的肋條也沒有放過吃個清光,太滿足了! 然後是聲稱二人份,實際上5-6人份的 海鮮湯飯 ($398),大大兜濃湯飯中海鮮多不勝數:麵包蟹、巨型青口、鮮嫩蜆隻、大蝦等等,味道鮮濃誘人,我已經罕有發揮食力連吃三滿碗湯飯,連大食Matthew也加入戰圈(主要吃飯),合四人之力還是要打剩打包,太誇張了! 不過相比海鮮湯,這飯的確更加美味,值得一吃的。根本上,牛肋及海鮮飯就是來這裡必點必吃,大家記得儲好胃納來了~~~ 至於朱古力慕絲及熱情果雪糕配蜜瓜,則是兩兄妹的自選項目,他們十分喜歡,媽媽我試了一口就覺得太甜/太酸,始終還是主菜較有水準。 這3大2小的晚餐連加一九百多,全部人都棒著大肚子(朋友還有打包)回去,是值回票價的一頓,非常推薦大家來吃哦~ 不過回酒店後,Matthew又流鼻血,一度令爸媽十分擔心,夜景都沒心思拍就休息了。還好竪日除了是個美麗的晴天,Matthew又一切回復正常,起床後就一家人下去吃早餐! 酒店的自助餐廳 Cafe Panoroma 選擇說多不算太多,但早餐種類也應有盡有:水果、芝士、沙律、西式熱盤、亞洲美食、中式靚粥、點心、Egg station、Waffle、pancake、果汁、牛奶、乳酪、麵包、多士、穀物一應俱全。 除了以上豐富的食物/飲品選擇,最後還有自助咖啡/茶機,當然也可請侍者幫忙製作花式咖啡。 而餐廳最吸引的,是室外園林位,據知復活節4月14-15日推出的特色燒烤早午餐 (11:45-14:30) 只是成人$288/小童$108,非常吃得過呢~ 趁有好天氣,我們自然要選坐室外了;前一晚吃得很飽關係,這天早上不算太餓,不過每款一點,也取到滿檯都是,嘻嘻!最喜歡 Egg station,除了奄列也可製作炒蛋白,pancake 的味道也非常不錯,兩兄妹都吃得滿意~ 離 Cafe Panoroma 不遠處就是室外遊樂場,魚子醬一家也來了,三小孩一吃飽就跑過去玩,不亦樂乎!當日早上還見到更多的小朋友參與其中呢。 天氣越來越好,我們也決定趁機作最後一次野餐拍攝,不過事前要先收拾好行李,因為下午就是迪士尼之約!所以請小朋友先回 Playroom 玩耍囉~ 十時半左右,我們又再臨遼闊大草地了!這張藍天綠草地的照片,媽媽非常喜歡,馬上用來作為 Facebook cover photo 了~ 也拍一下草地中的兩兄妹,要說當日天氣真的很好,無論是在草地玩樂、嬉戲,還是野餐,都感覺十分美妙~ 看,這就是草坪野餐樂的正式地點了!才吃完早餐不久,這次我們沒多碰食物了,不過可以在沙灘蓆上寫意攤抖,還是十分不錯呀~ 前一晚天陰陰的,草帽只覺是裝飾;但遇上晴天好天氣,草帽真的起了很大的防曬作用! 最重要的,是見到Matthew豬回復健康生猛,爸媽就放心了~~~ 時間差不多,我們又再乘搭酒店專車到碼頭,準備搭船回港,啟動另一場奇妙的-迪士尼春日之旅!然而筆時仍很掛念 Resort 內的悠閒時光,或者找個盛夏,再來美美的泳池暢泳吧~ 鷺環海天度假酒店 Grand Coloane Resort 地址:澳門路環島路環黑沙馬路1918號 網址:http://www.grandcoloane.com/zh-tw Facebook:Grand Coloane Resort 澳門海景正宗葡國餐廳 Miramar Restaurant 地址:黑沙海灘黑沙馬路 (鷺環海天度假酒店對面) 電話:(853) 2888 2623 / 2888 2601 Cafe Panorama 地址:黑沙海灘黑沙馬路1918號鷺環海天度假酒店大堂 電話:(853) 8899 1020   ** 想收到兩小兄妹的最新消息,可以like一下Matthew and Chloe fanpage哦~~ 上一篇:Hong Kong Disneyland ✿ 迪士尼明星春日嘉年華 ✿ 幸會貝兒與野獸

    CE LA VI, is a living, is a pursuit of pleasure. A flagship opening in Hong Kong on top floor of the restyled California Tower, it has a spectacular view of the iconic skyline over our legendary Lan Kwai Fong. It features a restaurant, Club Lounge and stunning Sky Bar, where are marked by Asian inspired cuisines, signature cocktails and dramatic gathering floor respectively. Being invited to a pastry workshop, it is hosted by CE LA VI executive pastry Chef Jason Licker, who has worked in some of the most globally familiar top kitchens including JW Marriott Hong Kong and three Michelin-starred Jean Georges in New York. As they aim to bring diners with ultimate and memorable dining experiences, some last bits after dinner have been made visually and fingerlickingly perfect. Chef Licker's masterpieces are of stunning presentation and unpredictable creations, that includes a Hong Kong Cappuccino. A twist on ordinary cappuccino drink, made with layers of passionfruit cream, milk tea gelato, Whiskey foam and finished off with milk powder crumble. A gorgeously presented white chocolate is in fact infused with Junmai sake, fruity berries with yuzu syrup and crispy sensation of salted toffee. The piece of toasted almond cake is also impressively served aside refreshing guava sorbet, some calamansi curd, paper thin coconut and orange crisps, sprinkles of dehydrated yogurt, which has been excellently glazed with citrus juice. Indeed, it is an overwhelming experience to explore our senses of taste. Thanks for having me today!   10. Sushi Man 鮨文 - Omakase!

    Sushi Man is a new Japanese restaurant owned by a young and passionate Chef who was trained in Hong Kong - Chef Cupid. His skillful experiences in Japanese sushi crafting has brought my attention on their popular Chef's choice of the day that favor lots of Hong Kong locals, also known as omakase. There are four dinner sets from range of 600-1300HKD, prepared only with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. We opt for the "Man", which includes 6 kinds of sashimi, 8 pieces of sushi, 1 hand roll, fish soup, steamed egg and dessert. Started off with simple appetizers, tomato and tofu salad with Japanese sesame dressing and sweetened dried fishes. Whilst the chawanmushi is very silky, steamed with shrimps, crab meat, and smells absolutely amazing with the truffle on top. Moving on to several sashimi, they are all equally fresh, delicate and delicious while I especially loved the torched ones such as the mackerel. We are lucky to try some shirako that is seasonal in October to March. It is the milt of male cod, looking like a clump of white blobs that is creamy and soft. The way it is slightly seared and served with pickle radish has removed the odd flavor afterall. As all sushi are made with sushi rice that is already seasoned with soy sauce, Chef reminds us not to dip our sushi with additional soy. Some worth-noting are flounder with seasonings of sea salt and yuzu zests, sweet shrimp topped with creamy sea urchin, chutoro and akagai which both instantly melt in your mouth. Lastly, a toro hand roll has rounded up the sushi set and the most instagram-worthy mini sea urchin don has come to be the best part of the meal. Large botan shrimp over an overwhelming portion of creamy uni, it is a top unbeatable bite. The fish soup is also impressive and a slice of cantaloupe is the perfect finish. Although I have read across some bad services and attitudes about the restaurant, I am happy with my experience because Chef Cupid and the Boss are so friendly that they even joked around and chatted with us through the entire course.   11. Atelier Vivanda - Meat met Potato

    This replication of a stylish butcher house is a new casually set French bistro owned by the Michelin two-starred Chef of Akrame. Specializing in a mix of meat and potato dishes, the restaurant emphasises onsimple, fresh, quality ingredients to combine an exclusive taste of meat with a specially prepared olive oil.First is a small paper bag of warm baguette served with housemade Caractere olive oil, which has a spicy and peppery kick.Dinner is priced affordably in a set of L’Entree, La Viande, L’Accompagnement, and Le Dessert. The entree of eggs mimosa is looking very appetizing on a bed of fresh arugula and simple vinaigrette. The egg yolk mixture is dressed with creamy mayonnaise and sprinkle of toasted breadcrumb. Their philosophy to prepare meal dishes with Chef's housemade pepper olive oil has presented a thick and juicy piece of Iberican pork ribs that has been subtly livened up with spiciness and aggressiveness. Aside from generous serving of salad greens, the unlimited serving of potato side dishes is indeed a bounced joy. We opt for two, including an amazingly crispy and fully fried potato balls that has a smooth mushy texture as well as a thick potato pancake made with shredded potatoes, spring onion, eggs and butter, which tastes similar to spring onion pancake and fried perfectly crispy to the edges. Le Croquavor, a restaurant signature that is known as a replication of ordinary hamburger. While it is prepared with a piece of medium done and flavorful beef patty, the combination of two pieces of thick toast and a mountain of shredded comte cheese are honestly more impressive. Still, it is an excited dish to attempt. Without hesitation, lychee flesh, coconut and verbena ice cream, everything is combined into one light creation that is simply fulfilling. The egg white foam on top has also completed us delightfully. Consider its unpretentious environment and a set of affordable price tag, Atelier Vivanda is indeed another favourite at Ship Street.   12. During November, a breezy autumn, the wine and dine month of Hong Kong is offering a whole lot of exciting events and stunning carnivals. Previously there is a Wine and Dine Festival, the 8th edition of Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair is also held at HKTDC in Wan Chai. The exhibition features a big market of wine and beers, which becomes an attractive platform for public visitors to taste different wines whereas for wine enthusiasts and traders to source the best quality products. I am thrilled to first engage with so many wine tasting, where you get a wine glass at the entrance! Literally among over thousand of excellent wine hubs, there are fruit-based vodka, such as pineapple and blueberry that are found pretty spectacular. Some beer ice creams made by Rubicone has also been the most crowded and remarkable booth among all others at the 3G area. Welcoming visitors to have trails of frozen beer ice creams, there are three flavors including Hoegaarden Rose, Boddingtons Pub Ale and Leffe leveled in respective, increasing density. Hoegaarden Rose is undeniably my all time favourite because it has the perfect chroma and light sweetness for me as a beginner. Afterall, this fair is indeed a rich programme for all wine lovers to explore and appreciate.   13. Ham & Sherry - Possibly My Favourite Tapas

    Among a blend of hip restaurants along Star Street in Wan Chai, what pretty much draws our attentions is this blue vintage brick wall. Ham & Sherry is known to be a meeting social hub serving wide variety of Spanish hams, traditional tapas, as well as a full menu covering over 50 different Sherries, sangria and craft cocktails at the back bar. Hosted by Michelin-starred Chef, who also launched 22 Ships, small dishes are created with Chef's usual twist that reflect true culinary of a Spanish neighbourhood. The food more or less focuses on Spanish ham, pork, peppers and cheese. Everything has been our favourites such as the signature suckling pig roasted with excellently crispy skin, two chunks of sweet grilled pineapple covered with piquillo peppers. Jamon and truffle toastie, sometimes known as bikini, is made delicately and served atop runny pan fried quail egg. The very delicious churros are also highly recommended, with a generous dusting of cinnamon sugar, crunchy and hot, the chocolate sauce on the side impresses so well for its semi-sweet level. This Jamon and Sherry eatery is surely a favourite of mine!     Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting you the beauty of cocktails.Situated at the very end of Haven street, here is a Japan-experienced bartender who would make very nice Japanese inspired cocktails. They offer a list on the menu and signature in preparing omakase, which is basically an idea of tailor making cocktails based on customer preference or personality.At the mini drinking bar, mainly with Gin, Rum, Tequila, Vodka and Whisky, we are served with a few restaurant creations as well as an omakase cocktail.The cafe also serves a menu of canapes and desserts that are great to snack on. Including prawn cocktail with mayo dressing on white toasts, cold cut platter with generous rolling of parma ham, chicken meatballs and mini burgers, some ideal options are applewood-smoked fries that comes with a deliciously creamy black truffle mayo, beer battered chicken and no baked mac & cheese of al dente texture.How about some savory macarons? White truffle, basil & tomato, mushroom & chicken, duck breast and foie gras. While the Belgian handmade macarons sound indeed strange and unpalatable, there are also frozen lollies serving in coconut mousse with bergamot filling, or rose mousse with strawberry filling.Finally, I would opt for the omakase at Ladies & Gentlemen!   15. First opened in 2005, Noodle TETSU expanded with over 16 branches around Japan. They have been modifying their soup and ramen, who aim to create commodity through satisfaction and customer relations. Finally today is their launch in Hong Kong. Situated at Canal Road West, the restaurant has a ramen bar and few numbers of table along with very accommodating services. More than just regular ramen, the menu offers guest with the best taste of tsukemen, which is a cold dipping noodle dish with Japanese ramen and a bowl of thick soup served separately. Optionally, a hot version is also available with noodle served in the hot clear broth. The Sendagi ramen is set limited to 30 bowls per day. With a fragrant fish broth made with large amount of sardines and dried mackerel, it comes with ramen of medium thickness, thin cut char siu and bamboo shoots. For a much richer experience, the tsukemen has a thicker pork bone broth with stripe cuts of pork. It is satisfyingly dense because of the 36 hours simmering process in chicken bones, dried sardines and mackerel fishes. Served hot, I really enjoy the thick cut ramen which is chewable in texture and able to carry the dipping broth thoroughly. The hot stone is also fun to play with, which liberally just reheated the broth in instant. In addition, their homemade soft boiled egg is unbeatable. At such moderate price tag, Tsukemen TETSU is a nice addition to the Hong Kong ramen market. It expresses a cuisine of the French Riviera, carries a typical and authentic Southern France style with moderately fine dining service. Making use of a vast majority of fresh vegetables, grains and traditional French cheeses, the restaurant offers exotic, healthy and delightful gourmets. From ordinary seafood to meat entrees, dishes are seasoned with diverse variety of herbs and spices. They are basically black currant based with chocolate and white chocolate, triple chocolates cookies & cream and caramel peanut butter flavors respectively.Despite neither of those have strong identifiable flavors, the added chocolate chips or caramel sauce are quite generous and the texture is acceptably creamy and smooth.The base is weak in milk flavor and could be better if they made them sweeter. Nonetheless, the designed cone is appreciated much with nice coconut flakes.Call me an ice cream connoisseur, it is frankly not the best ice cream I've ever tasted.     Entering FRITES's new location at Causeway Bay, the restaurant is set like a modern bistro, with 2 projector screen, a busy open kitchen and a stylish Belgian beer bar where covers large selections of beverages with over 70 varieties, the four genuine Belgian beers on tap. A favourite would be strawberry Hoegaarden in rose pink colour. At the opening party, while we are having unlimited wines and beers, some of the house signatures and bite-size food are served as canapes. They include lollipop-like salad nicoise with tuna tataki, creamy salmon tartare with prawn cracker, given piping hot battered fish & chips, mini burgers and fried camembert balls. Everything tastes equally delicious and fresh from the kitchen, which also introduce us to the restaurant food menu. During restaurant hours, they offer a comprehensive list of traditional Belgian dishes that come in hearty and large sharing portion. An adorables starter is a classic steak tartare. The fresh minced trimmings are very creamy and perfectly seasoned with layers of onions, chives, shallots, additionally a runny egg yolk. It goes well beyond with few slices of toasted sourdough. The signature pot of mussels has a laksa stock base made with coconut cream and lemongrass, forming the most luscious dip for the toasted bread and fries that come alongside. Not to mention the tender and meaty mussels in their triangular shells, all the elements have completed this dish irresistibly. Last but not the least, we have a roasted pork knuckle that come with absolutely crispy skin and a scrumptious sweet caramelized sauce. Despite the extremely large portion of 750g, it is neither too oily nor heavy because of the generous roasted veggies underneath that have pretty much soaked up all the flavors. The meal ends with a terrific chocolate fondant. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and biscuit crumbs, the fudgy cake with hot molten center has been perfectly complemented to give the most decadent chocolate pleasure. All in all, FRITES is the perfect belgian beer house for an authentic Belgian fare in Hong Kong.
