Suggest you to go Causeway Bay & Wan Chai then Central, otherwise you will be duplicating your journey and wasting time.

NIte

Lan Kwai Fong Time n Mid Level - Escalators

any dinner food suggestion ???

You can refer to this LKF website : http://www.lankwaifong.com and pick one restaurant from the list. All of them are of good quality, just depends on which cuisine you wish to try. Since you will be walking to the mid-level escalators which is close to another famous dining spot, SoHo, you can have dinner in one of the restaurants there. Check out this website : http://www.ilovesoho.hk/

Day 2 ( Sat)

9 am - Breakfast - Hope to find congee ( any favourite)

As you didn't mention where you will stay, assumed you will be staying in TST. Can try Chee Kee Congee, address : G/F No.37 Lock Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Here is the google map : http://maps.google.com.hk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=G%2FF+No.37+Lock+Road,+Tsim+Sha+Tsui&sll=22.38131,114.168639&sspn=0.638722,1.349945&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=37+Lock+Rd&ll=22.298108,114.171561&spn=0.001248,0.002637&z=19&brcurrent=3,0x340400edc87d41dd:0xa00c39682627ff0,1,0x3404009533f68457:0x7af391a82a888312

10 am Ocean Park Time

4pm back to hotel

5pm walk out to Harbour city

8pm Symphony of lights

after that travel to Mongkok

Find claypot rice

* walk at Fa Yuen Street , Ladies market n temple street

Just my opinion, I don't think it's enough time for you to finish Ocean Park at or before 4pm. Anyway you may just shorten the time spend on Harbour City in case you stay longer time in Ocean Park. FYI Temple Street is not close to Ladies Street and Fa Yuen Street, it's better for you to take MTR from Mongkok to Yau Ma Tei. Otherwise you may need to walk about 20-30mins from Ladies Street....

Day 3 ( Sunday )

9 am breakfast

10 am travel to Ngong Ping 360

Plan wanna go to see horse race at sha tin ( If got race))

Please check the general race info before you go as they don't have a racing schedule in their web, apart from the key races : http://entertainment.hkjc.com/entertainment/tourist-corner/english/faq-getting-started.aspx

After watch go eat sha tin pigeon assumed this could be your dinner.

Nite _ ???? ( aberdeen is it ok ) What did you mean?

Day 4

11pm go to Wong Tai Shin Temple Are you sure you want to go to Wong Tai Sin Temple at 11PM? I guess you mean 11am? :) FYI http://www.siksikyuen.org.hk/public/contents/article?ha=&wc=0&hb=&hc=&revision%5fid=2158&item%5fid=2156

The show will start at 8pm sharp and last for 20-30mins only, so you may not be able to catch after you finish your pigeon dinner in Shatin... it takes at least 30mins for you from Shatin to TST, may need more than 30mins if you still need to find the directions.... FYI Tung Chung Citygate Outlet Mall + Ngong Ping 360 may spend you half day there... then you go to Shatin for Snoopy World and Racing, I guess you can't make it on time...

Mid-Autumn Thematic Lantern Exhibition

Piazza, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui

Honeymoon dessert Harbour city

Yes, so be prepared one whole day for it. (I mean until park close)

dinner time = four seasons claypot rice Mongkok

After dinner go - Wong Tai Shin (Lantern festival )

Not sure what's your purpose of visiting Wong Tai Sin Temple, if you are going there for worship, please refer to the website I sent to you before, the temple will be closed at 4:30 or 5:30pm in the afternoon.

After that only go to ladies street

# by the way what time is fa yuen street and ladies street close

I think you'd better worry about the closing time of Wong Tai Sin Temple more than these streets 'coz shops on these busy streets generally close quite late at 11-11:30pm.
