Just went to Hong Kong last month, we had dim sum as breakfast in Mongkok Tao Heung chinese restaurant, not bad! Also the Charlie Brown Cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui Cameron Road, it's close to Science Museum and your daugher may like it.

Hi

This is our 2nd trip to HK & Macau. Will be bringing my mum and my daughter, so we don't expect a hectic journey with much rushings. Could you please check on the following itinerary and give some comments?

Day 1

·         Arrived in HKIA @ 1:30pm. Take ferry to Macau. Can use the Skypier service at HK airport.

·         Check in Hotel in Macau.

·         Tea time @ The Cafe Tai Lei Loi Kei at Taipa village. (I wonder if they still have the pork chop bun around 4pm). I think so, as they now have more branches so can diversify people and spare more bun for the day I guess...

·         Visit Taipa Rua do Cunha (官也街)

·         Dinner at Seng Cheong  (Rua da Cunha)

·         Walk around The Venetian, City Dream

·

Day 2

·         Breakfast in Macau City (any suggestions?) How about Margaret's Cafe e Nata (瑪嘉烈蛋撻) on San Ma Lo? Detailed addy is G/F, 17A Rua Alm Costa Cabral R/C, Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro (新馬路馬統領街金利來大廈17B地舖

·         Visit Ruin of St. Paul, MGM,

·         Lunch @六記粥麵  Luk Kee Noodle

·         Visit Hotel Lisboa, Macau Tower

·         Dinner @ Litoral Restaurant 海湾餐

Day 3

·         Breakfast in Macau & take ferry to HK

·         Check in Royal Plaza Hotel.

·         Lunch @ Yung Kee Roast Goose in Central

·         Proceed to the Peak & take the tram up.

·         Dinner @ Tsui Wah in Central

Day 4

·         Breakfast in Tim Ho Wan, Sham Shui Po

·         Walk around Apliu Street, Yu Chow Street

·         Snacks @ 公和荳品廠  Kung Wo Dou Bun Chong

·         Any suggestion for lunch? Since you will have dinner early, so you can have something light rather than a full portion power lunch. Suggest you to try Wai Kee Noodle (維記咖啡粉麵), their Pork Liver Instant Noodle (豬潤麵) and Kaya French Toast are must try. If not like pork liver, try Hop Yik Tai Snacks (合益泰), their cheung fun (腸粉) is superb! Otherwise try Lau Sum Kee Noodle, they're famous for Dried Shrimp Roe Noodle 蝦子撈麵 (dry mixed) and Wanton Noodle.

·         Dinner at Four Season Claypot Rice- reach there at 5:30pm to avoid the crowd

·         Walk around Temple Street & Ladies Street

·         Any suggestion for Dai Pai Dong for supper in Mongkok area? There are not many Dai Pai Dong in Mongkok, but you can try those hawker snacks in those small stalls along Sai Yeung Choi Street.

Day 5

·         Breakfast @ Tsim Tsai Tsui / Mongkok area. (Dim Sum, char chaan teng, etc) Any suggestions? Since you're staying at Royal Plaza Hotel, suggest you to try dim sum at Super Star Chinese Restaurant (鴻星海鮮酒家) which is inside Grand Century Place 6/F.

·         Proceed to HK Science Museum

·         Lunch. Any good suggestions?

·         Clock Tower & Avenue of stars (symphony of light 20:00)

·         Heritage 1881

·         Hot Pot for dinner. Any suggestions? Suggest Little Sheep (小肥羊), address: 1-4/F, Mongkok Commercial Centre, 16 Argyle Street, Mongkok. 旺角亞皆老街16號16A號及16B號旺角商業中心地下E舖及一樓至四樓

Day 6

·         Breakfast in Kam Wah @ Mongkok

·         Walk around Yuen Po Street Bird Garden, Flower Market, GoldFish Market

·         Flight at 8pm.

Would like to take Ding Ding Tram and visit Nan Lian Garden. When should I slot in these trips?

Ding-ding Tram is only available on Hong Kong Island, so better ride one on Day 3 when you visit The Peak. You can just pop in any of the tram and get off at any stations that close to an MTR station. It's flat fare HK$2.3 for each ride. Map see here: http://www.hktramways.com

As your flight is at 8pm on last day, you may visit Nan Lian Garden after finished breakfast. Take MTR to Diamond Hill station and follow walking direction on map inside the station. After that, go back to Mongkok and walk around those markets if time allows, finally back to hotel and take your luggage then depart to airport.
