Bascially OK, but seems a bit waste ‘coz the main attraction is only Nathan Road?

About the In-transit Pass of Disneyland Hongkong, from the link you provided it clearly stated :

"Any transit passengers departing Hong Kong on the same day of their arrival can purchase the In-Transit Easy Pass for just HK$198 and save up to 40%!" Means, this is a ticket for people transitting in HK.

I would suggest you to visit The Peak & Madame Tussauds on your 1st Day after the Nathan Road walk if there is still plenty of time. You can take Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central and take 15C to Peak Tram Terminus then take Peak Tram to The Peak. Anyway, if finally there isn't enough time to visit The Peak, you can just stick to your original plan.

Have you taken a look at Ngong Ping website and have a general picture of what it is? 'coz everyone's interest is different, something I found no interest may interest you or the other way round, so it's hard to tell it's worth for you to go or not... You can visit their official website for reference if you haven't : http://www.np360.com.hk
