Any of you aware of most electronic shops along Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui are without shop name and most of them named after popular brands like Sony, Nikon and some even named as ipod? Remember don't risk yourself by buying from them as I've read some recent local news about their tricks on tourists. For banned shops details, please refer to the consumer council website. Remember to share this with your friends.

Many tourists got cheated by Chinese Medicine / herbs shops along Nathan Road. They're using the trick of measurement, calculation and tiny wordings to fool customers. To be secured, don't take the risk to buy any Chinese herbs or medicine from any shops along Nathan Road. There're cases shared by forumers, please read here: http://forum.allabouthongkong.com/index.php?/topic/274-october-28th-trip-kl-macau-hk-macau-kl-6-days-5-nights-trip/page__st__20#entry2195

If you wanna buy any discounted items as advertised but when you arrived the shop at a reasonable time within the promotion period, the shopkeeper told you that those advertised items were sold out and he offered you to purchase something else instead. In such case, you've the right to report to the Custom & Excise Department.
