深水埗麵屋黑岩 蝦湯夠濃估唔到

為咗揀部Notebook出國,少不免要去做高登仔,坐住部神駒去到北河街落車,啱啱好喺呢間舖對出,本來我係想食雲吞麵嘅,又不過呢度有個平日限定嘅午市套餐,時間啱啱好又無謂miss咗佢吖,咁變心快過打針嘅我就入咗去食喇。

四款拉麵可以選擇,基於海老湯底喺香港較少人做,就揀佢試試。叉燒都可以揀厚切或火炙,當然火炙比較吸引。配菜可以揀蔥或椰菜,椰菜似乎唔太夾就揀返蔥。麵都係揀返硬身啱我口味。小食除咗炸雞外就唔太吸引我,再加支汽水,$78真係同茶餐廳唔會差太多。

汽水估唔到會係用玻璃樽裝,雖然容量少啲但啲汽係比罐裝多,所以我係鍾意樽裝多啲。

一個人食就通常會坐吧枱位,可以見到廚房嘅運作,因為我揀咗個煮麵位坐,有女職員問我會唔會覺得熱,幾細心唔錯。

炸雞先到,我從來無期望過跟餐嘅炸雞會係即炸,果然一食就知係預先做起,微暖同唔太脆。雖然肉汁唔多但肉厚,感覺似係來貨唔係自家做,沒有期望就沒有失望。

拉麵嚟到,估唔到舖到咁滿,仲有預計以外嘅蔥白同肉碎添。

叉燒有經過充份火炙程度,亦有一定厚度,但咬落去除咗火炙香外,叉燒嘅調味唔太明顯。由於肥膏唔多,就算火炙咗佢都唔會話好有油香,好睇但又未到好食。

湯底就相當濃郁,蝦味極重,以價錢計我好難想像佢會咁濃蝦味,但又唔會話好鹹,飲完又唔會口好乾。櫻花蝦就浸到軟晒唔脆口,可能佢地係放櫻花蝦乾去煮所以咁濃味掛?總之湯底我就好滿意。

拉麵顏色比較雪白,食落去好似唔喺硬麵質地,唔通我剔錯?除咗硬度之外個麵就無話太特別,滑係幾滑但唔夠咬口,無咩碱水味算係優點,但佢係全碗麵最大缺陷。

價錢而言呢間拉麵店算係偏中下游,湯底質素我都幾欣賞,可惜啲麵整成咁晒咗碗湯啦。
