旅遊食事:里斯本Marisqueira Uma - 排長龍食海鮮飯

這天從Sintra回來時候已經不早,很多餐廳都已經接近關門,慶幸這間想吃的店隊伍排得不長,還能趕到尾班車進去,一個人旅行總有些好處。

來這裡為的是海鮮飯,曾經拿過獎啊。一般海鮮飯都是兩人或以上份量,這裡有一人份,正是我過來的其一理由。

柯打過後當然要等,除了客人要等得久外,其實店員阿伯同時是廚師更要收銀,所以慢是肯定的。

天時暑熱,最好是來一支冰凍的啤酒,這支Super Bock…超淡麗,配海鮮就還好,如果是純喝我會喜歡麥香濃的。

西班牙海鮮飯是連鐵板上,這裡則是連鍋子上。西班牙海鮮飯或許有機會是在其他地方煮好再放上鐵板,但這裡肯定是煮好把鍋子都拿給你,真想知道廚房到底數藏了幾多個鍋。看鍋裡的海鮮也不少,而且不是甚麼青口魷魚,是蝦蟹啊。

先分一點在盤上,因為它好好好好熱要攤涼一點才能吃。然後吃一口…啊啊啊啊熱熱熱好吃(好好講話﹗),飯粒其實跟西班牙海鮮飯有點像,都是粒粒分明而且中間不是熟透,帶點煙韌的咬口,而且蕃茄味相當濃郁,還滲透出海鮮的鮮甜。至於海鮮好不好吃?看到那橙紅色的蟹膏還用質疑嗎?我覺得這個海鮮飯比西班牙海鮮飯更吸引我呢。

其實看到有博客推薦那個Prawn portuguese style "fried",但我一個人吃兩款又怕吃不完,只好放棄了,獨行俠的唯一煩惱啊。
