將軍澳豪園小食 他們做雞是對的

厚德街市裝修過後,原本郵局的位置變成了美食廣場,果然喺領展呢啲吸血鬼下,呢個咁當眼嘅位置無可能畀公營機構蝕錢。新開嘅美食廣場畀我想像中大好多,以前做郵局果陣都唔覺有咁大,你話佢係僭建我都信,政府嘅嘢…郵局咁大當然要分拆上市以求賺到盡,最當眼果間舖就係呢間豪園小食,雖然畀財爺昆咗去搞美食車,但佢撐得住仲成功做到上舖頭,咁犀利梗係值得支持嘅。

呢度最出名嘅係食雞,咁梗係要叫雞,睇下係咪they do chicken right. 呢度算係專做外賣生意,始終九成客源都會係將軍澳街坊,好在都仲有幾個位畀我同朋友坐低吹水,男人嘢唔通返屋企講畀媽咪聽咩。

睇宣傳品好似幾受TVB歡迎,可能因為上過電視劇啦,雖然我已經無睇好耐。

呢度有slow cook嘅雞翼,一講起slow cook雞就諗起日本食過slow cook雞肉叉燒,的確係極品。Slow cook雞翼有個幸福住家雞味($38),唔知食完係咪會開心好幸福。幸福住家雞即係蒜頭洋蔥口味,而其實我屋企從來無試過咁煮,可能我屋企唔夠住家啦。Anyway,啲雞翼夠大隻就加分嘅,真係唔知點解兩大美式連鎖店啲雞隻隻都營養不良咁怪雞,你知啦,保持低質其實比保持高質更難。隻雞食落去真係滑溜嘅,slow cook下雞肉係有啲帶紅,呢個唔係唔熟係因為slow cook本來係咁。蒜頭味幾濃郁,而洋蔥經過長時間烹調近乎融入醬汁中,我覺得呢隻雞再加啲花雕酒就正囉﹗

細嫩慢煮大雞翼

一間茶記到唔到家,一個係睇乾炒牛河,另一個一定係沙嗲牛肉,個汁真係間間都唔同,通常要舊茶記先好食。呢度嘅沙嗲牛肉包($25)算係不過不失,牛肉唔會用鬆肉粉乸到無咬口,沙嗲味係有啲接近舊茶記但諗唔起差啲咩。

沙嗲牛肉算正常

一個包澱粉質有限,仲要兩個男人分,都係叫多兜撈麵先。撈麵就有三隻味,為咗驗證自己嘅味覺無錯,整多碗沙嗲撈麵($10)先。沙嗲汁個色水就差唔多,而且唔會太稀,但花生香就比較弱,唔算出色但唔難食,真係估唔到暫時人生食過最正嘅沙嗲汁會喺荷蘭。個麵底就比較有趣,質感似大光麵但味道就有福麵嘅雞粉味,對此我表示中立。

個汁的確唔夠香

重頭戲開始,車打芝士雞翼($25)梗係襯熱食先,有邪惡無流心有芝士無拉絲嘅炸雞翼,芝士份量夠大方味道都幾濃,雞翼就算得返一條骨,個Size都比兩大連鎖店大隻,仲要唔係粉多過肉,而且即使被芝士浸住,炸漿仍然夠香脆,真係唔到你唔服。

濃郁芝士夠邪惡

鹹蛋魚片嘅熱潮下,當然要叫個黃金雞翼($28)應一應境。少咗啲芝士,可以見到吸油紙上其實無咩油份,真係唔知點解兩大連鎖店又油又唔脆…除咗鹹蛋黃外,個雞翼仲有啲蒜頭喺面,鹹香又惹味,最緊要係啲雞翼炸完仍然有肉汁,好過食果啲貴一貴嘅魚皮啦。

鹹香雞翼係抵食

食咁多炸嘢,無理由唔口渴,雖然令人最爽嘅係汽水,但佢哋嘅檸茶有啲特別,梗係叫返杯試下。佢哋嘅檸茶見唔到檸檬,因為一早已經打成蓉。雖然篤檸檬係幾好玩,但好多時會手賤篤到過酸。而呢杯檸茶BB($10)茶味清而不澀外,甜度酸度都夾得幾好,仲可以飲到果肉我就幾鍾意喇。

粒粒果肉凍檸茶

雖然睇餐牌個價錢好似好貴,但諗真雞店啲雞水準咁差都三四十蚊一個餐,女僕炸雞店租畀你仲要四五十添,計落我哋嘅港產出品咪仲抵食夾大件,真係winner winner chicken dinner。
