將軍澳霸嗎拉麵 中規中矩還可以

有日去銀行入數,見到呢間拉麵店個名有啲熟口面,查吓原來係日本嘅連鎖拉麵店,主要集中喺廣島,咁我喺日本見過都唔意外。由於佢係連鎖店,喺香港不過係兩年,已經有五間分店,呢個速度其他人真係望塵莫及,咁如果佢哋做得出色嘅就真係無所謂嘅。

雖然係午飯時間,但係有幾多人會晏晝食拉麵吖又唔係平,所以係唔使等位。而且平日午市仲可以用優惠價換炸雞或者餃子,只不過佢都係急凍貨姐,食唔食都無所謂。

叫咗個炙燒豚肉味玉拉麵,湯底嘅醬油味都算明顯,但係豬骨味就薄咗啲,可能係想突出個醬油風掛,個人希望豬骨味更突出,始終你個油花都唔係少…都係無謂太奄尖。

湯底稍欠豬骨味

拉麵可以揀軟硬,我就不嬲都受硬唔受軟,而佢又真係做到偏硬身嘅麵出嚟,據知佢地嘅拉麵係自家用小麥粉製造,咁佢食落去確實有別於味精拉麵個麵底,雖然麥味唔重但勝在無鹼水味,收貨嫁喇。

硬身拉麵做得到

溏心蛋一切開個蛋黃流晒出嚟,以溏心蛋計其實佢算係太生(半凝結先叫溏心而家叫流心),不過我鍾意。味道雖然係淡啲,但隻蛋仍然食到醬油味,水準都唔錯。

雞蛋略帶醬油香

輪到個叉燒,的確係五層肉嚟,瘦肉就較多同埋偏厚身,口感幾軟熟,味道亦唔差醃得夠濃味,食落仲有啲甜味。但燒烤味唔夠強而且無咩熱度,有啲懷疑佢係一早燒好定係有柯打先燒,如果係有柯打先燒咁就真係要叫佢辣耐啲先得,啲油花燒過香好多嫁嘛。

炙燒香氣未夠搶

本來對呢間拉麵店無咩期待,畢竟佢係連鎖式經營好難有驚喜,雖然有啲瑕疵不過佢都算係令我滿意,係偏遠嘅將軍澳區嚟講唔排除佢會係做得最好果間。
