樂富梨滿園 屋村樂見好心韓

自己對韓國其實無咩好感,唯二鍾意嘅係韓國菜同韓國菜(自行理解),尤其喺英國嘅日式燒肉唔常見,韓式燒肉就成為咗代替品,食得仲密過喺香港果陣。呢間舖雖然旺角都有分店,不過旺角估計人多難等位,就走去樂富呢邊,屋村地方應該坐得舒服啲又唔使咁趕。

果然就算正值晚飯時間,都可以順利walk in有位,如果係旺角要等卡位真係睇吓時運高唔高。即刻睇個餐牌,見到有二人同三人套餐,睇落又唔算貴,不過裡面無燒肉都係散叫啱我啲。

我係好鍾意食燒牛舌($85),所以叫咗客,呢度嘅牛舌係薄切版,個人比較鍾意厚切多啲嘅老實講,不過以份量計佢咁多塊其實都幾抵。塊牛舌食落去唔係爽脆嘅口感,而係比較軟熟嫩滑,仿如食高級牛肉。

軟嫩牛舌份量夠

作為港豬當然要食吓同類,佢有隻濟洲島黑毛豬五花腩($85),唔知又有咩唔同?睇見佢紋理分佈都幾平均,同時又無話太多肥膏,似乎唔錯。塊五花腩無經過醃制都幾大膽,證明佢對塊肉好有信心。食落果然無令我失望,肉香夠突出同時無膻味,有丹麥豬嘅感覺,少少油脂令味道更豐富,果然一分錢一分貨。

不肥不膩靚豬腩

喺愛丁堡食過韓國人開嘅餐廳,仲係米芝蓮級數嘅燜豬肋骨,熱辣辣食都OK,一凍咗甜到飛起,鬼佬就係鬼佬…返到嚟香港試返亞洲口味,就揀咗個細嘅紅燜牛肋骨($98)。雖然係細Size但份量唔細,可以兩至三個人分。牛肋骨都幾大舊,嫌麻煩可以叫店員剪細舊易入口啲。牛肋骨肉食落就似長時間燜煮嘅牛腩,幾乎係入口即融,而且唔會得個甜字,加埋個汁夠我送幾碗白飯。

無碳水化合物就唔會飽肚嘅,既然叫咗燒肉就唔揀石頭鍋飯避免熱氣,就揀水冷麵($70)嚟食。冷麵嘅麵條幾滑溜,湯底帶酸夠醒胃,配燒肉食就可以消除油膩感再食多啲,亦啱晒夏天悶熱無胃口時食。

清涼冷麵夠醒胃

食燒肉又無理由唔飲酒,但啤酒略嫌普通,燒酎唔係我杯酒,就試下隻韓國農酒($100)。倒出嚟米白色,同日本嘅濁酒有啲相似,查一查原來農酒即係韓國濁酒,比我算中比我算中比我算中。農酒飲落去甜甜地,有啲似日本新年果陣飲嘅甘酒,酒精度就比甘酒高,不過無咩酒味適合氹女仔飲。

喺拉絲芝士炸雞部隊鍋充斥嘅年代,食返啲正常嘅韓菜係件愉快嘅事,而且水準都幾好。食到差唔多準備埋單去食甜品之際,阿姐遞咗盤橙過嚟,雖然只係值十元八塊,但又估你唔到喎。
