Located at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, Cafe East is the buffet restaurant that has been recently reopened with a market-style concept. It features Asian and Western fare focusing on fresh ingredients and quality, also interactive open kitchens and counters serving plenty of homemade delicacies.
Starting from the antipasto and salad counters, caesar salad is tossed and turned in the large wooden salad bowl. Sashimi counter is serving super thick cut salmon, scallop etc., while there are seafood on ice and a cheese platter with condiments.

Scallop and salmon sashimi is generously served and thick-cut; snow crab legs are meaty, fresh and sweet; the double-boiled soup is definitely hearty whilst the roasted ribeye looks incredibly succulent, served with a mushroom cream sauce!
